The boiler has been on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New
fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. The boiler pressure vessel,
tubes, piping, and blowdown valves will be hydrostatically tested. The flame
safeguard controls have been tested and found to be good. New High Limit with
manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls
have been installed. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked
throughout. Any components defective or obsolete were replaced. We guarantee
that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler
will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year
parts replacement warranty on controls. No labor to change the part is
