boiler has been cleaned on the fireside and waterside, hydrostatically tested,
and painted. The Flame Safeguard Controls, water level controls, gas train
components, and the steam pressure controls have been tested and found to be
good. Any components found to be defective was repaired or replaced. We
guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in
good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the
time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the
